Privacy Policy — Mailanker

1. Who is responsible
Data controller: We make AI work s.r.o., IČO 29697115, registered office Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, file no. C 152497. Contact: service@mailanker.com. Mailanker is our product; this policy covers only it.
2. Our default: minimise
We collect as little as we can (our internal rule: minimise → hash → encrypt). We do not sell data, run advertising or track you across sites. This website sets no cookies at all and loads nothing from a third party — no fonts, no analytics, no embedded anything.
3. What we collect and exactly why
If it is not in this table, we do not collect it.

There is no database behind this website and no account to create. If you never submit the form, we hold nothing about you beyond the 30-day technical log.
4. Who else touches the data (processors)
- Scaleway SAS (France) — hosting and the log; EU company, EU region.
- BunnyWay d.o.o. (Slovenia) — the network in front of the site; EU company.
- Google Ireland Ltd. — the mailbox that receives your pre-order. A US-owned provider: we say so rather than hide it, and it is the only one here.
Each is bound by a data processing agreement and none may use the data for its own purposes. When the service itself launches this list will grow (a payment institution, a European model provider) — and this policy will say so in the same release, before it happens.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time — write to service@mailanker.com and we act within 30 days. Withdrawing consent is one sentence and costs you nothing. You may complain to the Czech supervisory authority: ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz.
6. Cookies and consent
None. This site stores nothing in your browser — no cookie, no local storage, no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. If that ever changes, it changes here in the same release.
7. If you decline everything — the honest trade-off
You can read every word of this site without giving us anything, and nothing is degraded. The only thing you give up by not submitting the form is being told when we open.
8. Changes
Changes to the site that touch data — a new feature, a new processor, a payment flow — update this policy in the same release. The version and date at the top always tell you where you stand.
